With talent competition fierce in their industry, the firm needed a website that could both communicate their brand strength and attract the brightest minds — and they needed it live by August 15th.






On top of that, the site needed to integrate seamlessly with Greenhouse — their HR platform — ensuring that job listings, applications, and candidate data were synchronized in real time. The challenge was balancing technical complexity with a clean, approachable experience for candidates.

Every design decision prioritized clarity, speed, and ease of use — from simplified navigation to prominent career calls-to-action.
To support recruitment, we built a custom API integration with Greenhouse, allowing live job postings to appear on the site and streamlining the application process. This ensured that candidates always saw current openings, and HR could manage listings without manual updates.
