Being from San Diego and foodies ourselves, taking on the opportunity to help revamp Edible Magazine's only presence was a no brainer.

We already knew the depth of knowledge and insight they provided our community, the trick was helping them differentiate themselves from other San Diego magazines.

Migrating over thousand of articles and recipes was no easy task but managed to do exactly that while improving the user experience and improving SEO rankings in the process.

Happy Clients, Happy Lives

Organic search is the main source for traffic to our website and we have PNW to thank for it. From their communication, their expertise and the results, we just couldn't be happier with everything they do.

The Challenge

Edible’s website housed years of editorial content spread across a rigid Drupal setup. Migrating that volume of content while preserving structure, relationships, and search equity was no small task.

Beyond migration, the site needed a CMS that empowered editors, supported ongoing growth, and improved search visibility — all without disrupting existing traffic or workflows. The challenge was making a large, content-heavy site feel modern, flexible, and future-proof.

Edible Magazine

We began by auditing content and rebuilding it into a streamlined Webflow CMS that could handle articles, categories, contributors, and regional editions with ease. Migration scripts and careful QA ensured content made the move cleanly, without broken links or lost data.

At the same time, we optimized site structure, templates, and on-page elements with SEO in mind. Clear hierarchies, faster load times, and cleaner markup helped position Edible’s content to perform well in search — not just survive the migration, but benefit from it.
