Named after the Latin roots for “shipyard” and “atelier,” Astella represents a place where science, art, and ideas come together to create something lasting. We partnered with their team to design a website that puts people first—founders, thinkers, and operators—while supporting an ambitious and ever-growing content ecosystem.

On top of that, their extensive content library—podcasts, videos, essays, and insights known collectively as “The Matrix”—needed to live within the same site but feel like a destination of its own, more akin to a modern news platform than a traditional VC blog. Migrating and organizing this volume of content was no small task.

“The Matrix” was treated as its own wing of the site, with layouts and navigation optimized for discovery, reading, and return visits. Built in Webflow, the platform supports rapid publishing, scalable content, and a seamless experience across every section—without ever feeling fragmented.
