As a longtime bartender and restaurant manager, Alex was long overdue for starting his own sushi joint. With the leap came all that infectious “holy shit I have employees I have to pay now” attitude and energy that we just had to work with.
With an already beautiful space and equally beautiful logo, El Pez simply needed a new website to bring it all together.
El Pez really does make some beautiful and delicious plates. Our job designing their website was really to just let the stars of the show shine (aka the food). Through thoughtful placement and supporting elements we hope we've done our job of highlighting their plates while leaving visitors drooling by the footer.
With repurposed wood along the walls and a rustic feel, El Pez truly has a beautiful space. Because the owners take pride in their brand and understand it's not limited to just their logo, our goal was make sure our design was a cohesive match to everything they stand for.
